This nutrient-packed smoothie isn't only DE-licious, but also has the capacity to catalyze serious healing!

The sweetness of apples, regardless of the variety, have unique fibers and detox properties. We tend to get the sweeter varieties of apples like fuji or gala, but any apple type will be delicious in this smoothie!

The berry of choice in this smoothie is frozen wild blue berries - arguably the most nutritious and detoxifying berry. However, any other berries can be added and enjoyed, each having their unique beneficial phytonutrients.

The warming herb ginger gives this smoothie a good bite, but also adds to its anti-inflammatory and healing power. Ginger also adds some great warming properties that are appreciated especially during colder months.
