"Overnight oats" are the perfect meal for someone who doesn't have the time or energy to think about preparing a breakfast meal.

This meal just requires about 5 minutes the night before - your oats prepare themselves in the refrigerator overnight! You can even prepare 4 or 5 days worth, as these will keep just fine in the fridge for about 5 days or so. If you do opt for batch-prepping your over night oats, we'd recommend adding the fruit (blueberries) fresh.

Oats can of course be prepared in countless delicious ways, but this one is a go-to for the tastebuds and body alike!

You probably know that blueberries are pretty much a "superfood." Wile blueberries are particularly nutrient dense. We love adding blueberries in "fast carb" meals like oats and smoothies because blueberries, despite being a carbohydrate rich food themselves, help to control blood sugar very effectively due to the presence of specific phytonutrients.
