Dr. Susanna's Fav Buddha Bowl

mains

There are infinite ways to prepare a Buddha bowl. We often just assemble Buddha bowls with what we have laying around in the fridge. However, this Buddha Bowl is different. This is a Buddha Bowl I find myself coming back to again and again because it's so simple yet so delicious and satisfying. It never disappoints!

This recipe is actually one that I relied heavily upon in the months following the birth of my daughter. My body was craving simple nourishment, which worked well with the fact that I didn't have much time as a new mom to cook any food that wasn't simple. This recipe has stood the test of time, because even a year out from giving birth, this recipe still has a regular slot in my cooking rotation.
