Easy Baked Cranberry Sauce

Nothing screams holiday season quite like cranberry sauce! There are tons of recipes, but this one tops our list because it is simple and delicious.

While cranberry sauce is often made in a saucepan over the stove, I love this oven method because it is very hands off and it allows more time to perform other tasks in the kitchen while the cranberries cook. The end result is less of a thick cranberry sauce and more of a "cranberry cobbler filling consistency." We find it to be a delicious addition to the Autumn Harvest Pie.

The maple syrup sweetener is the perfect compliment to the tart cranberries. Get in the holiday spirit with a little cranberry sauce on your plate :)
