Pickle Juice Creamy Dressing

Creamy pickle juice? Might not sound that appetizing, but it makes for a dang good salad dressing... trust me! This has been a crowd favorite on salads for friends and family. This dressing is especially great in our No-Tuna Salad and over a crispy romaine salad like our Crunchy Chickpea Caesar Salad.

The pickly juice does at a bit of added salt/sodium for those who are trying to be mindful of sodium intake.

This dressing is especially delicious on crispy romaine lettuce, like a tangy spin off the classic garlic caesar dressing.

You might be wondering what our favorite pickles/pickle juice is.

We love Grillo's, but I'm sure any would be just as good!
