But, did you know there is FAT in a potato!? Or even a bowl of white rice! That's right, every whole plant food has carbohydrates, protein, and fat, along with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients to support your body in healing.

In this episode we talk about the ideal quantity of fat to eat in your whole food plant based diet and the best places to source your fat.

As is the case in other Mastering Macros episodes, we get a little sciencey, so be sure to hold on tight through this one!
