ALTER HEALTH ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

By clicking “I Agree" to this Enrollment Agreement prior to your purchase, you are signifying that you understand and agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of enrollment and this Enrollment Agreement.

Payment Policy:

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Alter Health accepts payments using Credit Card or PayPal.

Program Details and No Medical Advice:  

Enrollment into Alter Health Programs include access to educational materials and resources as well as community group and support calls when applicable. All programs offered by Alter Health are not in any way providing medical advice or treatment, but education. At no point, either during lessons, support calls, emails, private messages, or one-on-one meetings are any of the Alter Health team providing medical treatment or intervention of any kind. Your engagement in this program does not take the place of any otherwise indicated medical treatment. All participants are encouraged to consult with a primary care physician before and during engagement in programs.

ALTER HEALTH MATERIALS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ALTER HEALTH IS NOT RENDERING TO YOU ANY MEDICAL SERVICE OR ADVICE. IF SUCH ADVICE OR OTHER EXPERT ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED, THE SERVICE OF A COMPETENT PROFESSIONAL SHOULD BE SOUGHT.

Audio/Video:

Programs offered at Alter Health include live sessions that are recorded and archived and accessible on the membership sites. Some of these sessions include interactive and collaborative support sessions. Enrollment and participation in the program at Alter Health means that you consent to having your audio and video shared in the Alter Health membership site for the duration of the Program. 

Privacy Policy:

Alter Health does not share your personal information with others.  Alter Health reserves the right to post any comments you may have regarding your experience with Alter Health on the Alter Health website.  Unless you ask Alter Health not to, Alter Health may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.  If you wish not to be contacted by Alter Health or any other organization, please email Alter Health regarding your request. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If at any point you are not satisfied with your experience in any program at Alter Health, you are eligible for a refund if you contact the Alter Health Team. Any individual enrolled in a monthly subscriptions, such as for the Meal Guide Membership, is responsible for canceling his/her monthly membership.

Right to Terminate Membership: 

The community aspect of Alter Health programs is an important part of the experience. If at anytime members are being rude to others, disrespecting explicit boundaries, or in any other way compromising the community environment, Alter Health holds the right to terminate access to membership material.
