Okay, okay... cornbread isn't TECHNICALLY whole food plant based (corn flour), BUT this minimally processed recipe is pretty darn nutritious still!
And more importantly, it has an amazing flavor and texture - without all sorts of other processed ingredients.
Cornbread is a treat on it's own, or a great companion to chili, a bowl of soup, a salad, or a core ingredient in one of our favorite "holiday dishes," Healthy Cornbread Stuffing - which frankly can be enjoyed any time of year!
