Dr. Christian Gonzalez: Cancer-free in a toxic world
In this episode I was happy to connect with a new friend and colleague, Dr. Christian Gonzalez, or @_doctor.g_ on Instagram (that's how I met him!).
Like myself, Dr. Gonzalez is very passionate about keeping the body healthy in our toxic world. This discussion dives into all of the particulars around WHY it can be SO hard to do so in our world today.
Some highlights from this episode include...
Potential toxins that might be hiding in your home
Where to start in cleaning up the lifestyle
Key nutrients to promote detoxification
WHY it is important to consider toxicities outside the scope of cancer
Dr. Gonzalez gives some great words of wisdom to guide and support anyone in taking greater control over the environment that we are exposed to.
