She talks about how in addition to taking very good care of her physical self, she had an epiphany to let loose and enjoy life a bit. This led to making huge gains in wellness! In addition to feeling more happy and free, her physical health was profoundly enhanced after years of extreme struggles.
While it is a seemingly impossible task to "control thoughts," developing an enhanced relationship with the aspect of ourselves that experiences thought is an essential factor in any wellness journey.
