Episode Summary

In this conversation we focus on Andy's journey bringing The Whole Life Challenge into existence. We discuss developing healthy habits and the power of community to support accountability. The importance of taking responsibility for our health and wellbeing is a theme that weaves throughout this episode.

I appreciate Andy's unique perspective on taking action through life, and always seeking expansion, enjoyment, and fulfillment.

We left so much untouched in this conversation, as is the case much of the time when connecting with individuals who have such amazing content to share!
